Nature | Relationships | Service

“Nature has always played an important role in my everyday life. From hunting and fishing to just taking a walk in the woods I find a lot of peace in doing those things. I think you can learn a lot from being in nature and taking in everything around you and just being present. Service is very important to me because doing things for others doesn’t only make them feel good but it also makes you feel good. Lastly, relationships are very important to me because they are the one thing everyone needs. Having good relationships with the people around you will lead to a happy life and fulfilling life.”

Recreation | Relaxation | Relationships

“I think making good relationships with the residents and people, in general, is an element that can help in most situations. Recreation is a good one for me because being outside is relaxing for me. And I think most people will do well if they can find that “thing” that helps them clear their minds and just be present. Relaxation is also important for me because it is something that I use. Meditation and reflection are the biggest components of that for me.”

QUOTE

“Hope to me is just about showing people that there is a way to overcome the adversities you are facing and not let them define who you are or who you become.”
