“When we find something that we are genuinely passionate about doing and makes us happy, it can really help ease our daily stressors and worries in life and completely hone in on that moment. Sharing these passions with others can help us foster these new, healthy relationships, which are so beneficial for our overall well-being. In turn, when we are able to combine both of these elements with nature, it can help us do some deep self-reflection, help with emotional regulation, and instill this idea of all the different possibilities in our life.”

QUOTE

“Hope, to me, is this notion that we all go through highs and lows in life to where the highs can be really high and the lows really low. However, in the midst of all of this darkness, we are still able to remain positive about our future and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It’s just the only way through is through.”
