Favorite PassageWay Elements
Nature | Relationships | Spirit
“Nature and Spirit go hand in hand for me. Nature has always been something that I enjoy and actively try to experience, it has always felt very spiritual and therapeutic for me. I try to get outside as often as I can to enjoy these two elements. When it comes to relationships, these just mean a lot to me. I try to be active in maintaining relationships I have with both family and friends, as well as recognizing when a relationship is toxic and building healthy boundaries within those types of relationships. To me, PassageWay is just a way of living. It is happiness and peace and stability. There’s a reason there’s so much evidence to back up the effectiveness of incorporating all these elements into your life. These were things I tried to focus on before I even came to NWP, and that’s part of what I love about it.”
“The PassageWay is a big part of what brought me to NWP. I’m very passionate about being outdoors and good ol’ “nature therapy”. The focus on mindfulness and how nature plays into that really speaks to me in a meaningful way. I look forward to spending time outdoors with kids and using that as a way not only to connect with them but show them how to connect with themselves in a healthy way.
