“I feel that relaxation is an important aspect of living a healthy lifestyle. I try and find at least a few minutes each day to slow down and unwind at the end of the day. When I am able to take time to relax I find myself better able to handle stress. I find that I have more energy and a positive attitude when I’m able to exercise and eat well on a consistent basis. The PassageWay is grouping 8 very important aspects of a healthy lifestyle and creating a wellness plan. This plan can be used by anyone looking to increase the quality of their life and used as a checklist to ensure each aspect is being met.”

“I’ve always loved teaching youth about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. There is a strong connection between exercise and proper nutrition and mental health and my hope is that by sharing my passion it will not only help in the healing process but it will also be something they will utilize for the rest of their lives.”
